Build


Fourth Railroad Tie

Step 1

Fit a Tie End to both ends of the Fourth Railroad Tie, as shown:

Step 2

From below, secure these parts together with four (4) EP screws:

Step 3

Collect the two Connectors from Issue 138 and the two Connectors from this issue:

Fit two Connectors to each end of the Fourth Railroad Tie as shown, and secure with two (2) EP screws, one on each side:

Repeat this process at the other end of the Fourth Railroad Tie with two (2) more EP screws and Connectors. It should look like this now:

Step 4

Retrieve your built Track assembly from Issue 139. Place this Fourth Railroad Tie assembly next to the previous tie, under the Rail, as shown:

Step 5

Secure the two Railroad Ties together at the Connectors underneath, using two (2) EP screws as shown:

Step 6

Retrieve the Rail Chairs from Issue 139. Secure the next section of Rail in the same way as before using four (4) EP screws:

Thoughts


This Fourth Railroad Tie means we are close to halfway done with the Track assembly.
